1.Use of Service: By using the Digital Bliss vCard SaaS platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2.Subscription Fees: You will be charged a subscription fee to access the Digital Bliss vCard   platform. The fee will be charged based on the subscription plan you choose. Subscription fees will increase annually.

3.Payment Terms: Payment for the subscription fee will be due on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, etc.) as per your subscription plan. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.User Accounts: You are responsible for creating and maintaining your user account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone else.

5.Content: You are solely responsible for the content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Digital Bliss vCard   platform. You agree not to upload any content that is offensive, infringes on anyone's intellectual property rights, or violates any laws.

6.Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Digital Bliss vCard   platform are owned by the provider of the service. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without the provider's written consent.

7.Termination: Either you or the provider may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason with notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Digital Bliss vCard platform.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties: The Digital Bliss vCard   platform is provided on an \\as is\\ basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The provider does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9.Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the provider be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Digital Bliss vCard   platform.

10.Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the provider harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Digital Bliss vCard platform.

11.Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider is located.

12.Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the provider with respect to the Digital Bliss vCard   platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral.

13.Amendments: The provider reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. Your continued use of the Digital Bliss vCard   platform after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
